NICE asked Aspect to produce a video series that shows what would be the customer experience 3-5 years from now. The motivation is to create awareness for NICE as a forward-thinking solution provider, and establish the company as the market leader in the area of Customer Engagement, setting the tone and the emotional connection between the market and NICE.
The videos showcased the experience from the end user’s (consumer’s) perspective, showing a utopian view of how they successfully engage with the organisation. The scenarios were rooted in both the current and future product offerings.
The video series formed part of a thought leadership presentation delivered during customer meetings and industry events.
