Samsung asked Aspect to promote their new Note 3 and Gear S – the first wearable tech from Samsung. The Note 3 has an S-Pen which was a completely new way of interacting with a smart phone. We planned to educate potential users with shapes and illustration to convey the intuitive, interactive features.
NICE asked Aspect to produce a video series that shows what would be the customer experience 3-5 years from now. The motivation is to create awareness for NICE as a forward-thinking solution provider, and establish the company as the market leader in the area of Customer Engagement, setting the tone and the emotional connection between the market and NICE.
