Shangri-La’s luxury hotels and resorts span key locations around the world, and all offer exceptional service, a range of amenities, and stylish surroundings. We worked with the Shangri-La brand team to develop an overarching creative theme for all Shangri-La video content entitled Capturing Hidden Moments. This theme is expressed in this beautiful film we created for the Shangri-la resort of Barr Al Jissah in Oman.
The film showcases a non-linear representation of the guest experience and a selection of magical moments, conveying the brand in a tangible and emotive way. It is a representation of Asian values and hospitality – invisible and non-invasive, as well as displaying unique insights into the guest experience showcasing the unique offering of the Barr Al Jissah resort.
The Barr Al Jissah resort video is part of a global rollout of video across Shangri-La driving awareness, engagement and conversion. Website page views and conversions are measured before and after the videos are integrated across Shangri-La.com and the Barr Al Jissah property page.
The results from our Shangri La videos speak for themselves with an 11% increase in bookings and revenue per annum and with supporting social spend this delivered conversions equal to 27% increase in bookings and revenue per annum
