Video Podcasts allow you to distribute your video content over the Internet in a format designed for playback using portable media players and personal computers.
In other words, your target audience can choose to not only download your videos straight onto their ipods, but more importantly to subscribe to regular content – ie content that is downloaded automatically to their computers or mp3 player.
